Aerosol filling machines are high-precision equipment used to fill liquid or gaseous substances into pressurized containers. These machines are widely preferred, particularly in the production of cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and industrial products, providing an efficient and reliable filling process.

Aerosol filling machines typically operate in a process consisting of several basic steps. First, empty aerosol cans are fed into the machine.
The correct amount of product is then filled into the well through the filling nozzles. In the next step, the valve insertion unit places the valve on the can opening and seals it tightly. Finally, the propellant is injected into the can through a special system. This propellant allows the product to be sprayed when the user presses the button.

A checkweigher is a system that weighs a product as it passes through the production line. It classifies the product based on the previous weight zone and discards or sorts it according to its classification. A checkweigher weighs 100% of the products on a production line.
Typically, the physical system of a checkweigher consists of an inlet section, a weighing section, an outlet section, a chute or line separator, and a computerized control system.
